Russell Young - Fish Habitat Enhancement Program
Russell is a native of Jefferson County, Tennessee and graduated from Jefferson County High School in 1987. He began his fisheries career in 1990 with the University of Tennessee as a creel clerk on Douglas Reservoir. He was hired by the TWRA in 1991 and initially worked in the fish habitat unit. In 1992, he transferred to reservoir data collection where he worked until 1994. Russell was promoted to his current position as a Wildlife Technician II in the habitat enhancement program in 1994.
