Bob Robertson - Morristown Fish Hatchery Manager

Bob Robertson

Bob is a native of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and graduated from Sevier County High School in 1970. He attended Tennessee Technological University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Management in 1974.

Bob began his professional career in fisheries with the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1975 working in data collection for their warm water discharge permit and snail darter relocation and investigation projects. He began working in TWRA's data collection unit in 1982, but soon transferred to the Eagle Bend Fish Hatchery. Bob was promoted to a Wildlife Manager I position in charge of operations at the Morristown Fish Hatchery in 1988 and is responsible for the rearing and stocking of various fish species into area reservoirs.
